Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service they lied to me about pricing and put me on to a promotion i never even agreed on and what we had at the start is different then what we have now. Then they don’t fix there mistakes. You can’t even get someone who can speak clear english for it to make sense. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Awesome product!

I had been with the Internet provider for years before Bright Speed came to my area. The service I had lagged, and went down constantly and it was so frustrating, but I didn’t have any options. Since we changed to Bright Speed we haven’t had any issues with lagging, and we run several devices at a time. I just had someone from my former service provider come out and try to get me to switch back to them because we have our cell service with them. They offered discount on our phone service and I told them that their Internet service was not as good as Bright Speed and I couldn’t do it, even for the discount.

Non-functional

The network management app has not worked for me for months. Maybe that’s because I’m paying for 1 gig internet and only getting 300mbps and they don’t want me to see that. Every time I open it, I am prompted to onboard my router, which has been on boarded for well over a year and when I scan my equipment the app errors out. Every time. I’ve contacted customer service and they have no idea what to do and can’t fix it. Again, this has been an issue for MONTHS. Making me consider starting my own ISP.

Spinning circle of doom

Unusable app that spends more time spinning a circle at me than letting me access my settings. Every click it’s back to the circle. Updates and redownload gives same result.
