Marta’s apps and it services are so unreliable
I don’t know what it is with technology and Marta but the two seems to not go hand in hand at ALL. I understand a hiccup every now and then but it’s completely unreliable and unusable trying to purchase tickets or load money on the app, it’ll go thru then just refund or sometimes KEEP my money and don’t refund me at all. Hopefully they fix it but knowing them it’ll probably be in a million years 🙄

You pay money, then active your ticket, then the gates at the station won’t open. This is the worst app. MARTA Breeze Mobile 2 and 1 apps are a scam. They don’t work. Don’t waist your money. Get a breeze ticket or card.
