Backed up all my info, and after that I’m pretty sure they hacked my laptop making it crash and now when my laptop reboots it’s just a blank white screen…. Unbelievable, charged me, stole all my information and now my laptops no good ON TOP of all of that, app doesn’t even work .. literally just backed it up to the app and I tried opening on my phone and it just says unable to open file try again later and I try to convert it and it says no files to convert
