Could not apply discount
I purchased tickets to an event expecting to use the vouchers I had but when I clicked the “Get it” button, it charged me right away and did not allow me to apply the voucher even though I had a notice that I had a discount available for the purchase. Contacting support did not help because they said the system works fine and they just sent me directions to purchase tickets. Very disappointed in the customer service to a once loyal customer.

Haven’t had any issues, good shoes
Went to a few of the candlelight performances and also the serial killer speakeasy show and they’ve all been well done productions. It’s awesome to be able to support local artists. I will definitely see more shows through Fever.
