Cameras don’t work, app doesn’t work, garbage support, connections drop randomly. Base station is always clueless - the communication gap between the base station and app is so huge, neither knows what the other is doing. Ask support anything and they’ll try to blame you - that is if you can even get a support person who knows what tf they’re talking about - incompetent people. Try to update base station, says takes 2 minutes, and I stayed on the app 20 minutes, and still the loader was going in circles. Every single device in my house re-connects to internet if there’s a slight hiccup in the internet service, only simpUnsafe’s idiotic devices can’t figure out how to reconnect. Absolutely third class service and system. And then they send BS survey asking “how did we do?” How do you think you did, not fixing one thing?
