Connection problems
I have to reset my LEDs everytime I want to use the app and it won’t connect. Everything is up to date and I’ve tried everything but it’s takes 20+ minutes for me to get them to connect every time. I have to unplug them and replug them back in a number of times because it will connect and every time I close the app they disconnect.

Terrible customer service
I ordered outdoor lights scheduled to be delivered on December 2nd, but they were never delivered due to an “insufficient address” issue. Since that day, I have been trying to contact customer service multiple times and I have received no response at all. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I just want my refund.
