Terrible customer service

I ordered outdoor lights scheduled to be delivered on December 2nd, but they were never delivered due to an “insufficient address” issue. Since that day, I have been trying to contact customer service multiple times and I have received no response at all. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I just want my refund.

Permanent outdoor lights controls

The app works pretty well with a few exceptions. This review only pertains only to my experience controlling the permanent outdoor lights. I would like to be able to access the lights from further away. It’s frustrating if I have to stand 10 feet away from the controllers to make any changes. A wifi bridge would be helpful. I’d like to be able to change a graffiti after it is saved. As it is now, if you save one and then later realize one light is in the wrong place, you have to completely start over. I’d like to be able to design & save graffiti when not connected to the lights. The dot spacing when designing graffiti needs to be larger and further apart because it’s really hard to tap the correct light when making patterns. I would like a button for pure white when designing graffiti. The pure white mode toggle is great except for when I don’t want all the lights the same color. Lastly, a timer or schedule for the lights to turn on and off would be great.

Apps Buggy

It’s so hard to use the app, like it’ll freeze and it took forever to even have the update be able to take place. I’m very disappointed in this app, yet the product is good.

Why

No lab control and I can’t connect it to my 3rd party app homey that controls my devices
