Our Pilates is a physio-led, online subscription program that is designed to enrich your life, make you feel good inside and out, and of course have fun whilst doing it.
Having a Master's degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Co-Founder and head trainer Han combines her knowledge of the human body with her love for Pilates to formulate each class. You will flow through each routine seamlessly, not noticing where one exercise ends and the next begins.
Our Pilates focuses on strengthening and lengthening your body from top to bottom while paying particular attention to your mind-body connection. After a couple of classes, you will notice increased mobility and body awareness. After a few more classes, you will see dramatic improvements in your overall strength, mobility, flexibility, and of course, mindset.
Our Pilates is for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Han incorporates advancements and modifications for each exercise, so whether you're newer to Pilates or you're more advanced, you will be challenged and supported in our classes. Pre & postnatal-friendly classes are available.
Easily find your perfect at-home workout with our 8 class categories;
-Foundations: Learn the principles of Pilates and the fundamentals of the repertoire that form the base of every class.
-Mini's: Short and sharp, bite-sized classes for a quick Pilates fix.
-Calm: A low-intensity collection of classes to ground yourself and gently move your body.
-Energise: A classic Pilates class with the perfect combination of stretch and burn.
-Sweat: A higher intensity take on a classic Pilates class using faster-paced movement to get your heart rate going.
-Running: An 8-week program targeting all the right places to support anyone at any stage of their running journey.
-Prenatal: A series of classes designed to help keep you strong and active through pregnancy.
-Postnatal: A series of classes to support new mums as they move and nurture their bodies after pregnancy.
*It is essential to seek clearance from your GP before exercising during pregnancy and returning to exercise after pregnancy.
