Very helpful for me

I love that it includes all breathing techniques I love the visuals of it. I decided to get a yearly subscription before it goes up because it’s very rare to find apps that solely focused on breathing. I will I was using calm’s breathing tools, but it glitches out a bit. I think the app just uses too much RAM or something. And I like headspace this little short ones. But I found this app on YouTube and I really enjoyed a little visuals and I think that’s what makes this app the best for breathing . I have ADHD , CPTSD, and chronic pain. I know that different breathing techniques work for different things and I get tired of kind of meditations for breathing on YouTube and the other apps I mentioned. I don’t wanna hear someone talk all the time because sometimes voices over stimulate me. Even from the people I like because there are specific people I do enjoy.
