Do not buy
Everything worked great for awhile, but now trying to use it it won’t connect to my phone or computer. Years of photos lost that I had stored on here to save room on my phone.

Stopped working. Error External: open dir error path = / : popped up
On my iPhone it shows N/A. When I add files to external, it says fail to create folder. There is no valid FAT volume and reads a message that says :ERROR External: open dir error. Path= / when I click on the external link on my phone. I Added some files to test but can’t seem to remove them 🤔 on computer I can add files but on the iPhone nothing shows up. And it Only reads files when I plug to computer can’t erase files. Even when I use disk utility
