What’s wrong!!!

Hi, I had used the flash drive for a few months and was good enough. Saved my photos and videos. Now, I cannot even create a new folder because the option shows right on top corner where the clock from my iPhone shows and I cannot select the option to create a new folder. Then I decided for quick save, just to save the photos without a folder, and I cannot even see the photos I just saved. Pls pls fix this so I can keep using the flash drive. Also, I do recommend that when you go on your library to select the photos that start from the most recent photos, instead of the older one, so I don’t need to scroll and scroll until I get to to recents photos.

It worked perfectly the first use

And maybe the second (with weeks in between) and those photos and videos, I can see and hear. Now, It will upload photos and videos but you cannot view them. Then there was an update, but, still no change. iPhone as well. I have only viewed files through the app on my phone. I have not yet connected this device to a laptop to view files there. Please fix!!
