App doesn’t load or work at all
New customer or well I hope, but first day download, can’t sign in or even see what the app does, if the website or app doesn’t load, I’m not sure how to pay a bill when I’m actually charged

Will not let me do less than a full star.
Horrible company since they became astound. When they were rcn they were better. Since they became astound it’s been shoddy equipment a billing dept that can never seem to get their act together and the apps and website do not sync. And service keeps getting slower and harder to load pages but they sure do keep jacking up the prices. Unless your a new customer of course then u get the lower prices and they roll out the red carpet they just don’t want to keep u as a loyal pay every mo th. Customer. They make no efforts to keep you.
