Needs to stop asking “Turn on Autofill”
I do not want to add this app to the list of password managers that can auto fill passwords. The reason is, when the time comes to save passwords iPhone will ask me which of the two (this or the Apple password manager) to use, and I find that annoying. So please add an option in this app to turn off that question. It asks me every time “Turn on AutoFill from Smart Logon?” And every time I have to say No.
Passkeys Required
I’m very unhappy with the requirement to enable a passkey. I use 1Password for my personal passwords, and now I am prompted to choose 1Password or this app whenever I want to fill in a password or passkey. Before this passkey requirement, the app was great and super convenient. Now it’s just annoying and frustrating.

I liked this app until it started asking me to make it my autofill/password manager every day. Once is enough. It should remember the users choice and not ask again. It’s more trouble than it’s worth now, and I uninstalled.

I like this as an idea but since the last patch, this app has become too annoying to deal with. The problem is that it prompts you to use it as your password manager, something that I will never do. There is no way to say “no and don’t ask again”. I ended up saying yes to stop being bothered. The cost of doing that is that now, when I need a login to some site, I get a choice to use Smart logon or Proton Pass. Does it work, yeah. Is it annoying about it, also yeah. I am uninstalling it now.

Great Product
Love the convenience of both logon and lock/unlock. Exciting to see new technology that improves our day to day experiences.
Mid at best
Not that much more convenient. Isn’t compatable with Apple Watch which would make it more convenient. It’s easier to just type my password than unlock my phone, wait for the app to load, check the box, and scan face (don’t put your phone down after checking the box as you instinctively want to do or it won’t unlock even though your phone was just unlocked). It’s easy to type a password either way you’d still have to enter each morning for the app to be available to “conveniently” use. Just feels like another (we have many) app on my phone that the company installs. Just giving data for free with only an extra step to logging in added as a “benefit” I’ve used other versions of Sso authenticates like this, that worked more efficiently and you could unlock on your watch.
