Financial Issues
Appreciated the exercise videos but unfortunately was unable to cancel my subscription through the app (it requires you to email to cancel). Never received an email back and was erroneously charged for a subscription. Still waiting for a response after 19 days. Subscriber beware! Would recommend subscribing only after these financial issues are fixed.

Uncredentialed influencers teaching classes
Ok no. I wanted to like but it became clear to me after the trial that these girls have absolutely no business teaching. Their form is laughably bad and it makes me sad for gals that are using this app to look like Jo and Jacqs (who look amazing!). They may have some online coaching certification but they do not have enough necessary knowledge to train others. Proceed with caution. I also thought their workouts were too easy.
