Needs improvement
Tried this app for a while. Missing so much. First off if you ever delete the app and try logging back in it will not remember your progress. You have to update the weight for each exercise as in it doesn’t add the extra 5 pounds the next time you do the work out. Trying to select your sets once you’ve completed them is very clunky and confusing at times. It takes a bit to figure it out. I could definitely be way more friendly for such an easy app to develop and they could’ve done way better definitely try higher end at such as the one this one tries to copy, StrongLifts
