Sanctuary Wellness

Our mission is to bring high quality in-studio workouts that are simple, effective + make you feel so good without needing to leave your home. The Sanctuary is a space where we know that showing up for ourselves on the mat and feeling good within creates ripples outward into the world, and so we begin and end each class with meditation and breath. Our workouts are all-level, and we promise you'll never plateau or get bored because each class is unique and targets different muscles, leaving you feeling energized, refreshed and centered. We love a challenge and we know that getting out of our comfort zone is one of the best ways to love ourselves, so get ready to get out of your comfort zone and leave your mat a better version of yourself.
