Terrible software & support
you would think that over the last 10 years this software would evolve and get better and it is still absolutely non-usable junk. If you have the opportunity to use any other platform, I would highly recommend that you do that because this whole enterprise is terrible, it will absolutely make your life worse. This morning I had two hours of work completely disappear for no reason. The first support technician that I spoke with was clueless, and that’s putting it kindly. when he had no solution to my valid questions or complaints, he got mad and hung up on me. I called right back and spoke to another support agent and the exact same thing. they literally have no idea how to use this software. He then got mad and hung up on me as well. There is no yelling or screaming on my end only frustration and I said please explain this to me like I’m four because I cannot get it to work and they simply have no answers.

Worst thing ever is being on a job and you don’t have what you need to complete . I have a iPhone 15plus and I keep getting a note about my lidr. Very sad . One of the largest companies in our industry technology wise and the platform they offer … that we all use to secure our bag does not work .

Please do something about your app
Crashes during sketch. Seems to be done intentionally. Right in the middle of entering something important. People use this app at work for work purposes. This app is very non dependable.

Unreliable and a liability to your company
The app erases the pictures you take for documentation sometimes. Huge liability. We use it just because insurance program work requires it, otherwise we would use something else. Look elsewhere if you can.
