It’s working as intended
I don’t know why so many reviews said that this thing doesn’t work. But it works perfectly fine for me and I was able to remove a big lump of earwax out of my ear canals. Thanks to this I also removed something so massive out of my ear canals who I thought are already clean but turns out it was not. Don’t use qtip people, it only makes your ear canals full of more earwax.

Connection Trouble
It’s cool but the camera doesn’t connect to the app/your device 90% of the time. Ads are absolutely for “adults only.” I also wish there was a way to connect through Bluetooth instead of WiFi.
