After I learned how to connect to the Dashcam I don't have any issues others are having. The directions aren't very clear but once figuring it out, it works great. Plus I don't connect every time I get in the truck since it still records without being connected.

Wish i read the reviews before buying the camera
I thought red tiger was supposed to be a good brand based on all the reviews everywhere you see but this app is completely worthless. I miss my old Garmin Dash cam that did not use an app so you did have to remove the card and put it in your computer to review videos, which I didn’t mind. I hope that is the case with this camera because this app is completely useless. I couldn’t even get it to connect to Wi-Fi after troubleshooting it every way possible. huge disappointment maybe it’s not too late to return the camera.
