Awesome for Pregnancy/Postpartum and Return to Run
The Vibrant Strength app awesome! I sure wish I had this for my first pregnancy! The workout videos are easy to follow for each week of pregnancy and postpartum. I especially love that there’s so much great information shared by Jessica throughout with her expertise as a pelvic floor PT. And as a runner, I’m extra excited about the postpartum progression for return to run included in this app. Highly recommend!

The Best Prenatal program!
This app is everything I needed!! I wanted to do a prenatal fitness program, but I feel so much better knowing Jessica is a pelvic floor physical therapist. Her cueing is so helpful throughout and helped me feel so strong throughout my pregnancy. I love that there’s pelvic floor exercises throughout the program. It’s a one stop shop with prenatal yoga too! I can’t recommend this app enough!
