JHMovement is a sculpt, Pilates, and barre-inspired at-home workout program created by professional dancer and fitness trainer, Jadyn Heck. JHM lies in the transformative power that low-impact and intentional movement brings to one’s life. Each class on JHM is thoughtfully designed to challenge your limits, inspire growth, and strengthen both your body and mind, empowering you to uncover your inner glow.
When I discovered low-impact movement, I was struggling with my self-confidence and had a negative relationship with exercise. The more I started to move with intention, I found that my relationship with myself grew stronger. Intentional movement played a vital role in healing my relationship with myself, which is why I’m so passionate about sharing it with the world.
The JHM App has over 400 workouts ranging anywhere between 5 and 45 minutes long. Browse classes and programs from Full Body, Core, Stretch, Upper Body, Prenatal, Postnatal, Lower Body, Cardio, and so much more! New on-demand content is added weekly, challenges are offered quarterly, you can follow our on-demand weekly guide or programs, join our live weekly classes, and choose from beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts designed to meet you where you are.
