Disappointed
I was not able to connect the cameras unless I selected one of the pay options. This was never mentioned when I purchased the cameras. I am returning the cameras and hope that you notify potential customers that there is fee to use the cameras. Thank you

Bait & switch
I never started the cameras so I can’t comment on their performance; however, I did download the app. Before I could discover the camera, I was confronted with a purchase option, which I did not want. I could not progress to finding the camera and initiating them without purchasing one of their absurd packages. I have the cameras repackaged and will return them tomorrow. Don’t waste your time unless you’re willing to buy their packages….which by the way are much more than professional grade security services!!
