Doesn’t pick up small animals and that’s my complaint

Common sense is null and void.

A 0 star rating is fitting. Ring is trash!

Update as of 02/23/2026: the latest update has completely screwed up the functionality to snooze notifications for the chime pros. We live on a street that has a high volume of traffic with some people that are constantly driving back and forth. So now we have no peace with the chimes going off no matter what we do and the dogs are constantly running towards the door and barking. Thanks Ring!!!🤬 I did call customer support and they said to reboot the chime pros, I did that and the chime pros still continue to reenable/reset to be turned back on. I had to disable the volume, which is crazy, because I want to have the volume and notifications turned on at night when the system is armed. Thanks again for the confusion Ring!!!🤬🤬🤬 Update as of 01/29/2026: I have to hit delete 3 times to clear history. Then to enable any security cams that I keep off during the day, because I live with a chain smoker who in and out every 30 minutes for a cigarette or the dogs going out in the backyard; I have to go into modes and click back 5 times to get back to the dashboard. There are a lot of steps to get things done. Wish there less steps for something that I have to access daily. Updated as of 12/16/2025: Kill the stupid posts asking about nail salon and hair salons!!!!!! No one wants to see that or the stupid social media-related posts!!!!! I tried to post about the feral cat overpopulation on my street, due to a horrible neighbor leaving her two unaltered male cats outside. I didn't know that cats can have a litter of kittens in 2 months. The 8 are about to be 12+. Ring needs to allow relevant community issues that people need to discuss. This is relevant to when I tried to post about an incident back 05/09/2024: We couldn’t post about two guys casing houses with several videos of them driving around shining a spotlight into everyone’s yards and one guy was walking on foot talking to the guy driving after 3am. Ring declined it, but you allow the stupidity of nail and hair salons!!!! Keep Neighbors relevant to safety, crime and neighborhood-related issues!!!!! Post the stupid irrelevant posts on your social media page.
