Great idea but doesn’t update daily

It’s 50/50 on whether or not it will get its daily refresh at 12 UTC

Spectacular and Simple

Customizable and concise, prevents endless scrolling and getting stuck in the news cycle. Super useful for people with ADHD or short attention spans

Good idea but broken

After the first couple of days it stops updating and just shows news from a week ago forever.

Reclaim your time

Close your eyes. Imagine you have a personal assistant. Now imagine this assistant does hours of research every morning and summarizes the five most important stories as you sip your cup of joe. You can open your eyes now.

AI slop

Clearly no human is even reviewing or even reading the content, which is embarrassing since they only update it once a day. For example today is October 2 and it has article “President Trump unveils $100,000 fee in H-1B visa”, which happened weeks ago. Probably some team worked on this, they decided it was a bad idea, not even worth having a single human support it. It’s funny because the big lesson from TikTok is that you can get good results if you actually pay humans to select good content.
