Our Classes
Our lineup has something for every mood and goal:
Pilates Moeve: A refined, full-body Pilates class designed to build strength, control, and confidence. Expect powerful movement, mindful transitions, and a deep mind-body connection in this elevated Pilates experience. Perfect for improving posture, flexibility, and alignment.


Lift: A full-body strength training class using progressive resistance and functional movements. Build muscle, increase power, and enhance performance with intentional programming. Whether you’re new to lifting or chasing PRs, this class empowers you to push limits safely.


Flow + Recover: A thoughtful blend of Pilates and yoga-inspired movement. Expect flowing sequences to lengthen, strengthen, and balance your body while cultivating mindfulness and calm. It’s strength, stretch, and stress release rolled into one.


PowerCore (30 min): A fast, focused session targeting your abs, obliques, and back. Using bodyweight, props, or resistance tools, this class strengthens your foundation, improves balance, and builds resilience in under half an hour.


Barre: A low-impact, music-driven workout that challenges stability, endurance, and strength with small, powerful movements. Each sequence is designed to sculpt and lengthen, leaving your muscles shaking and your core deeply engaged.


Rebounding: A rhythm-based cardio rebounding class that brings joy to the forefront. Low-impact yet highly effective, trampoline-based movement builds endurance, lymphatic health, and strength while keeping your joints happy. Think sweat, smiles, and serious results.


Spin: Our signature cardio rush. Music, movement, and motivation combine for heart-pounding rides that build endurance and push you past your limits. Every ride feels like a party — with the burn to prove it.
