Bell895 modem
Numerous attempt to revive this unit by bell tech was unsuccessful. Finally decide to replace it. But it’ll be 1-5 days. First bell said it’ll be arrive January 21st. On an update call, I was told it’ll be the January 23rd. It’s 5 days since the modem died and I’m still without service. I suppose you could say bell customer service is like a vacuum cleaner-it sucks!
