Doesn’t work!
This software sulks victims. Not user friendly. Buy another speaker. If there was zero stars I would rate it zero
Money Flushed
Endless Disappointment
When it worked (a year ago) everything was in sync, it rarely dropped. Now I have to sync it by WPS ONLY or use ONE out of SIX speakers for Bluetooth, since it won’t connect to WiFi. It would be great if HK respected their buyers enough to AT LEAST update the app or provide any kind of use. I actually wrote this review a year ago and hadn’t submitted it. As of now I’ve updated my WiFi. I have excellent WiFi connection and the speakers have since connected more quickly than it ever had. Yet it still cannot find my speakers if my phone even blinks. The music keeps loading and skipping to the next song. It’s unfortunate because the speakers actually have great sound.
