Needs Improvement

Surprised that coming out of the Salk Institute this app would be so archaic and not user friendly. I’m sensitive to nnEMFs yet using this app forces me to connect to the Internet for every activity logged. Oura Apple Garmen and several other tracking devices record and store data and allow the user to log data while not connected to Bluetooth, WiFi or cellular data. This is a non negotiable for me, having to wake up turn on my WiFi and stare at blue light from the screen before I get outside for sunrise? This app would make me more sick!

Doing too much

This app is just a free way for you guys to collect data with out paying focus groups. What’s this app for? I came here because of Huberman to track my fasting time. Why are you asking about my specific foods? There’s no calories tracker next to it? Sleep: I don’t like the dial. I wake up to input my sleep and it’s for tonight. There’s no option to back chart.
