Stuck on Video

While trying to resubmit an inspection report for the 4th time (failed 3 times before), it suddenly went to a video collaboration and I couldn’t get back to the main screen - even after deleting the app, shutting down my phone, and reloading. Fail for the app and Aaa.

No problems for me.

It’s Sept/2023 and I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I had no problems connecting to the AAA inspector or staying connected. The inspection was about 20 minutes with no interruptions or errors.

It’s so painful that it’s funny

I can’t click the DONE button to upload a picture because it’s underneath my Wi-Fi/battery indicator on the top right corner

App is garbage

This’s app never works properly. Constantly getting dropped out told poor signal.

Worst inspection app ever.

Never connects properly. Lags like crazy. I’ve yet to finish an inspection without it overheating my phone to the point where I get phone temp warning and have to shutdown my iPhone SE 2020.
