Highly recommend
Never lose another prospect because you could not answer the phone. They will always pick up the phone for you and can schedule estimates for you too. Would highly recommend for small business that don’t have a full time office person or a business that gets a lot of calls after hours.

Practice manager
I want to say I have used a lot of after hours services for my practices over the years and this is far the best. They record every call and you can listen and see it right from the app.

Unreliable call operators
AnswerForce performed well during the first few months of usage. Reliability of information was more or less inconsistent. It grew worse as the number of calls being routed toward their business increased. I’ve had it with their unreliability and lackluster follow through to ensure consistent and accurate customer information. We were being charged in excess of $2000 for service that frankly wasn’t being performed as expected. I’ve since moved to another answering service. I would caution anyone engaging in business with this company to do their due diligence.

Absolutely Atrocious!!!
Agents went off script deliberately sabotaging my company! One agent told a customer “that’s odd, I don’t know why this company has a 24 hour cancellation policy. That doesn’t seem fair..” Another agent double booked my calendar after being very clearly instructed never to do that. The next day I was then TRIPLE booked... Another agent sent customers to the wrong website. I called after each occurrence and every time I was “promised” that the agents would stick to the script.... Yet every time they continued to do their own thing. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Total ripoff!
