App won’t connect to national grid
I’ve been trying for weeks but this app simply won’t connect to my national grid account. It just gives an unspecified error.

Nice when it works
Using the app I save about $10/month. Most of the time the app works ok, but periodically it goes nuts and either loses its signin to my car or fails to charge at night. Today it says the car is not plugged in when it is, then it prevented an afternoon charge when I needed one. I feel like the annoyances are becoming greater than the saving. My Tesla manages off peak charging beautifully without this app.
