Summary is spot on, pointless
City of Seattle doesn’t do their “fix it” part, and they removed the most needed parking violation report, because the city doesn’t provide services to citizens. Not worth getting your hopes up that something will be done by your city government.

Nothing ever happens
This app is sue candy… reprint issues that the city NEVER cares about .. Turing to reports it the app pushes you to customer service and NO ONE At the city cares or does anything maybe alot hole bit nothing else
