One star only because that’s as low as possible and still leave a review. This app flat out just doesn’t work. Use the website. Of course, parts of the website don’t work either. But at least it will tell us the total that will be sucked out of our checking account. Hey, revenue is important to Ziply!

App (and service) Stinks
I’ve had constant disconnects since the day I purchased service, already had a tech come out to replace the ONT and still having disconnects (had literally 4 within a half hour span just before writing this). The app doesn’t make it any easier given how it’s impossible to start a chat in it as tapping the bubble leads to a blank page. Want to check if there’s an outage? The “check” button it tells you tap isn’t even a button, it’s just text on the page. Seriously looking at alternatives at this point.
