DON’T WORK ON HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS, DON’T REPLY TO CUSTOMERS & DON’T PRIORITIZE EMERGENCIES
I was looking forward to using this company, but after having them for a few months I finally had a service request, placed it through the app loved that part, only to find out that they DO NOT WORK “HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS” Oh!! I called & requested service on a FRIDAY BEFORE 5pm. My situation is considered an EMERGENCY & AHS doesn’t have anybody to work at NIGHT, or HOLIDAYS, or WEEKENDS. So I spoke to overseas customer support reps, and they couldn’t help me. This is a huge failure on AHS’s part. I NEVER HAVE & NEVER WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY WHO DOESN’T WORK NIGHTS, WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS! That is just ABSURD & DISGUSTING!! GROSS!!!
