The Waste Management My WM mobile app makes it easy to manage accounts on the go. Getting started is easy and you can log in with your wm.com email and password. If you haven’t signed-up for a My WM online account yet you can complete first-time registration through the app. The My WM app allows you to:

• Copy/resubmit pickup requests
• Request a removal or relocation
• View roll-off history
• Edit or cancel a roll-off request

Hazardous waste or special/profiled wastes may require validation of your profile expiration date and permit applicability. This could impact the removal of your materials within the 24-hour window.
