Helpful self-led service
I have been using the app on my phone when not near my computer. I haven’t had any issues with the app, maybe it helps to become familiar with the programme on the large screen of a computer first. The phone app helps me to stay consistent with completing daily practices.

Not User Friendly
To be honest, from the get-go the structure and design was very off putting. In my opinion the app was simply just straight text with a few videos and images here and there. The “tool bar” or “settings guide” didn’t have an icon logo image to visually compute (or understand how to navigate to (“Coach Menu” or “Program Menu”.) I personally wish the “Coach” appeared more personable and real as the Welcome Letter is pretty generic and the “profile picture” of “Nick” is a vector cartoon drawing of a guy which almost makes it seems that the “Coach” is just a robot. Information on programs is helpful just wish it weren’t a “slide show of text” saying this (program is 10 pages or this program is 12 pages). While in reality 10-12 pages is not that long, most peoples attention span is far less than a minute at most especially if in general the app is tailored to those who struggle with Behavioral and Mental Health. It would be nice to see if the app were ADA compliant just so more viewers are able to use the app more frequently and instead of straight text to break things down a bit and have goal settings in place so it’s not so one-dimensional .
