Sacrifice -
An animal for the cause of God. The tradition of sacrificing animals dates back to the history of Islam in connection with the Prophet Ibrahim, who wanted to sacrifice his son Ishmael for the sake of God. Three types of animals can be sacrificed during Kurban Ait: camels, cows, sheep or goats. Birds are not allowed to be slaughtered, and horses are considered war vehicles on the path of Imam Aqzam and are not sacrificed.
