About Clear Fear
Developed by a clinician co-collaboratively with young people, Clear Fear uses a Cognitive Behavioural framework to help you change anxious thoughts and emotions, alter anxious behaviours and calm fear responses. It also has helpful descriptions of the different ways in which anxiety presents, resources and a 'grit box' to boost resilience.
It is recommended for the ages of 11-19 years but can be used by a younger group with the support of a parent or carer.
Clear Fear compliments, but does not substitute for the assessment and ongoing support of a mental health professional.

Excellent tools
While I do not use this app a lot it possesses excellent goals and resources to help reduce anxiety. I got this to help my ocd and while it’s not going to cure you, it can offer excellent tips to make progress on coping with mild to moderate anxiety.

very good, want to see more!
i found this app while actually looking for ways to deal with overstimulation associated with autism and ADHD. though this is not the direct purpose, i found this app to be extremely accessible and intuitive to use with a lot of grounding tools to help me when i’m feeling overwhelmed. i would love it if the developers of this app considered the idea of an app meant to be used by people who deal with a lot of issues in regards to stimulation. it’s not often that you see such a straightforward approach to mental health, and this sort of treatment should be available to all kinds of people.
