Useful tool
I don't have much to say other than my therapist told me to download this app. Overtime, I decided to get more into it. My favorite part is "seeing my strengths". It forces me to think positively about myself when I feel less than.

Pretty Good
My PTSD isn’t what they describe really. But I do like the ap. I can turn to it when intrusive thoughts start. I’m not going to write a letter or call someone. Also a leisure activity won’t stop it. It’s not that simple. But I like this ap. 4 stars, I can’t find my neurographic I started and that was my focus piece.
