Stops recording!
Randomly stops recording when dictating causing you to waste time having to repeat yourself after you realize it’s not recording!! It’s bad enough that I have to chart on my patients from home, I shouldn’t have to babysit the app and make sure that the app is recording after I’ve told it to record and it acts like a two-year-old and JUST STOPS!
Helpful tool
It’s helpful for me to complete my work at home. I am thankful I didn’t have to spend a large amount of $ for a microphone to do my work at home.
Amazing Audio Quality
I've been using the Solventum Mobile Microphone for a few years now, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The audio quality is crystal clear, making my recordings sound professional. Great microphone app
This app is great because it's free and works wonderfully when I am needing a microphone to do my dictation. I highly recommend using it with Solventum Fluency Direct.
Dictation happy!
I love this app. It has programmable buttons that make it efficient for me to use with my EMR while dictating. I can use it in different modes depending on the environment that I’m in. The Voice Isolation option is the best for most areas I work. I love that no matter what computer I sign into it automatically connects and I’m off and running. It saves our facility on money and maintenance for plug and play microphones. I have had some technical issues in the past but my support and adoption team always help me get it working again quickly.
Unreliable
This application is very unreliable, I have to uninstall it and reinstall it so many times on the iPhone, very little support
Big crashes
Suddenly started to crash with opening app. I have an android phone as well same occurrence
App crashes until you delete and re-install.
I used to like this app, I felt it was just as good as using the microphone at my workstation. However in the last couple of weeks it’s only usable if I delete the app and re-install it. After the app is closed it crashes every time I try open it, that is until I delete and re-install. This needs some sort of a bug fix.
Unreliable, constant problems
They can’t get it right. This used to be a good product. Not any more.
Turns off quite frequently
We’ve had this product for about three years and the problem of the microphone frequently turning itself off, sometimes in mid-word, has never been resolved. It’s maddening.
