Break in & ADT failure
After being with adt over 12 years - we had a break in and the system failed. The cameras were down and we were unable to see go broke in as a result. I can tell you that you can judge a lot about a security company based on how they resolve an issue when there’s an actual break in. In our case - the system was not configured properly by ADT installers yet ADT blamed us as the homeowners for the incorrect install. This despite 4 visits from techs and over the same number of times troubleshooting this issue on the phone. In my experience - all ADT did when their app and system failed is deflected blame to us.

The WORST EVER
This is BY FAR the worst security cameras and remote app. It takes fire er to load the cameras. Whenever I go to the manage devices, it FAILS TO LOAD.... and no it's not my phone, it does the same on my iPad and husbands phone. I can't believe I'm still with this service. Then they LIED telling me there was audio built into the camera and I even bought a new one. Later they said oh those don't have sound. Are you kidding me... I signed the contract now you POS. 😡😡
